Who Must Attend the Rules Interpretation?
All patched officials and second and third year apprentices are required to attend one rules interpretation per year. 

Volleyball Test--Due August 25, 2020
Ball Handling Course to be Completed -- TBA

All patched officials and second-year apprentices are required to take the online test each year. This year's test is in two parts.
  • Part 1: 60-question online test available online through the NFHS Central Hub on the Arbiter. Officials have two attempts to earn a minimum score of 80%
  • Part 2: Take the Ball Handling Course on nfhslearn.com. The cost of this course is $10 which will be deducted from your 2020-2021 dues. Directions for accessing the course.
