The NHVOA is recognized by the New Hampshire Interscholastic Athletic Association (NHIAA) as the officials' organization used for high school volleyball matches in New Hampshire. All New Hampshire High Schools use the National Federation of State High Schools Association (NFHS) Volleyball Rules in their contests. The NHVOA strives to provide qualified volleyball officials for the betterment of the game.

All patched officials and second and third year apprentices are required to attend one rules interpretation per year. 2024-2025 Volleyball Test Due August 25, 2024 All patched officials and second and third-year apprentices are required to take the online test each year. The 50-question online test is available online through the DragonFly. Officials have two attempts to earn a minimum score of 80%. Click here to login to Dragonfly. In-Season Clinic, NHTI Gym The In-Season Clinic for the 2024-2025 will be held on a Sunday, September 22 at the NHTI Gym located at Sweeney Hall. Officials must attend one In-Season Clinic every two years. It is a great way to connect with other officials to review rules, mechanics, and other in-season officiating issues.

Fall 2024 Important Information
The Fall 2024 Volleyball Season has officially started. Here are a few things to remember as we go through the season.

2025-2026 NHVOA Dues
All patched and apprenticed officials are required to pay NHVOA and NHIAA dues. The NHVOA Dues for the 2025-2026 are due by November 1, 2024. NHIAA enrollment dues are paid in April.
PLEASE MAKE CHECKS PAYABLE TO NHVOA FOR $80. Dues should be sent to: Donna Martineau 23 Crosswind Ln. Rochester, NH 03867 Email Donna at [email protected] if you are not sure you have paid your dues. NHIAA EnrollmentAll officials must be enrollment with the NHIAA in order to officiate high school varsity, junior varsity and freshmen matches. The cost for registration is $65.00 per year regardless of the number of sports you officiate. To register login into Arbiter Sports and select NHIAA Central Hub from your “switch views menu” at the top right. Select ALL sports you plan to officiate during your initial registration.
